1. Return & Refund Policy

  • Custom Orders: All sales on customized items are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for these items unless they arrive structurally damaged or defective.

  • Standard Inventory: Unused, standard inventory items (e.g., articulated keychains, multi-colored dragons, can koozies) may be eligible for exchange if reported within 14 days of receipt.

  • Manufacturing Variations: 3D printing is an additive manufacturing process. Minor surface variations, visible layer lines, or slight color shifting (such as the transitioning colors resulting from multi-color Sovol silk tri-color filament) are normal and are not considered defects.

2. Terms of Sale & Pricing

  • Promotions: We frequently offer mix-and-match promotional pricing on standard inventory items (e.g., mixing or matching any $3 items for a $5 bundle). This promotional pricing applies to the full items being purchased together, not to individual components or dismantled parts.

  • Event Pricing: Pricing at local vendor events is exclusive to the duration of the event and may vary from our standard online pricing.

3. E-commerce Privacy & Data Handling To process orders, we collect your name, shipping address, and contact information. If you order via social media direct messaging, we retain that chat history solely for order accuracy. We do not sell your personal information. Payment processing data is handled securely by third-party processors (such as PayPal) and is not stored on our local servers.
